‘Manoyont Group’, led by Porametr Leegomonchai, Ph.D., Executive Director—a manufacturer, importer, and distributor of automotive replacement parts—together with Borneo, led by Mr. Ratta Urusopone, Managing Director, is organizing the “Borneo Elevate Together: Innovation Driving to Elevating Growth” event on Wednesday, 14 January 2026, at 10:00 AM at the Napalai Grand Ballroom, 1st Floor, Dusit Thani Hotel. The event aims to announce the corporate vision and strategy, reinforcing Borneo’s leadership in automotive aftermarket and industrial supplies following the enhancement of its business potential under the Manoyont Group. This initiative seeks to build confidence among partners and customers nationwide to jointly drive sustainable future growth, while also strengthening the organization by elevating the ‘Value Chain’ to connect upstream and downstream processes through a differentiated model, in preparation for market expansion both domestically and across Southeast Asia.
Porametr Leegomonchai, Ph.D., Executive Director of Manoyont Group, stated that Manoyontchai Company Limited is the first company in the group’s trading division, having built its reputation in the automotive replacement parts business since 1966 through joint ventures with Japanese genuine parts manufacturers. Consequently, Manoyont Group possesses the capability to source OEM automotive parts or equivalent directly from manufacturers both domestically and internationally. Backed by an experienced team, the company is fully equipped to meet customer needs with maximum efficiency.
Manoyont Group’s decision to acquire a 100% stake in Borneo is driven by its confidence in a business model with significant growth potential. Having increased our shareholding from 34% to 100%, the company recognizes Borneo’s unique strength in connecting the automotive and industrial material supply chains. Borneo goes beyond mere product sales; it acts as a central hub linking diverse industry players. This cooperation between Manoyont Group and Borneo will reinforce its foundation and drive the business forward with greater stability and strength.
Mr. Ratta Urusopone, Managing Director of Borneo Technical (Thailand) Ltd., stated that Borneo has many outstanding features but the most critical is ‘Uniqueness’; Borneo does not merely operate on a buy-and-sell trading model but possesses strengths across the entire supply chain. This enables ‘Borneo’ to establish a distinct competitive advantage through a customer base of over 20,000, nearly 40 product brands, an active workforce of over 500 employees, and comprehensive marketing activities. The company is further supported by 10 warehouses nationwide located in Chiang Mai, Chonburi, Nakhon Ratchasima, Udon Thani, Phitsanulok, Ratchaburi, Surat Thani, Songkhla, Pathum Thani, and the Headquarters, alongside the utilization of an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system that unifies organizational data, ensuring executives and employees have access to accurate, up-to-date, and complete information.
“Borneo’s vision and business direction for 2026, under the support of Manoyont Group, is to become the leader in the automotive parts and industrial materials business. The key to Manoyont Group’s success lies in its profound understanding of the automotive industry’s value chain and its ability to connect players across the entire system. Meanwhile, Borneo possesses a robust uniqueness, backed by over 170 years of experience in Thailand as an international company that never ceases to evolve; this is the crucial factor that will enable this investment to elevate operations to the next level. The addition of Borneo complements Manoyont Group, making it more complete and formidable, while simultaneously strengthening Borneo’s own business capabilities.”
In addition to building upon the existing customer base and leveraging our capabilities in product sourcing and selection, Borneo aims to introduce an additional ‘Product Pillar.’ This new pillar will be positioned as a core business axis to drive long-term organizational growth, diversifying product and service categories to accommodate various customer segments, fill market gaps, and provide comprehensive solutions. Furthermore, this move will modernize the corporate image to ensure sustainable competitiveness, ultimately leading to a ‘New Revenue Stream’ that completes the organization’s entire ecosystem of products and services.
The organization’s ultimate goal is to become the leader in the automotive aftermarket business. In 2025, ‘Borneo’ generated revenue exceeding 3 billion baht. Following this consolidation, the company targets 60% growth, aiming to reach approximately 5 billion baht within the next five years. Furthermore, in 2026, the company plans to introduce five new brands across its two key sectors: Automotive Aftermarket and Industrial supplies.
“By synergizing our strengths including customer bases, partners, existing assets, and sourcing capabilities; the organization will be better equipped to provide comprehensive market solutions, broaden coverage across various industries, and expand into new markets both domestically and in Southeast Asia. Manoyont Group and Borneo are committed to creating value for customers and partners to ensure sustainable long-term profit growth.”
