On Sunday, October 29 to Tuesday, October 31, 2023, Borneo Technical (Thailand) Company Limited organized ‘AAD BUSINESS CONFERENCE 2023’ led by Mr. Ratta Urusopone Managing Director discussed the perspective and direction of the organization and future growth trends. Followed by Mr. Narong Luangtaweesub General Manager Discusses the overall picture and business direction of the Automotive Aftermarket at Phumontra Resort, Hin Tung, Mueang Nakhon Nayok, Nakhon Nayok

Within this event was an overview meeting and business plan, both from the central support department and marketing departments from various businesses such as the battery business, rubber business, car paint and maintenance product business, car and motorcycle parts business, and lubricant business. At the same time, it presents opinions from the sales team leader, sales staff from each product category, and representatives of various parties, including from all 10 warehouse offices nationwide, they take turns presenting ideas for growth in an atmosphere where all fellow employees are friendly towards each other. This is a business meeting for 3 days which allows each department within the organization to learn how to effectively work together, This is considered the main component of management that makes a business successful.
